- 230V/50Hz and 24V/50Hz versions
- Reverse osmosis control system from W.A.L.
Usage
A system can only work as effectively as the control system that controls and monitors its functions allows. We have based the development of the UOS80 on our many years of practical experience in plant engineering and have launched a microprocessor control system that regulates and controls reverse osmosis systems effectively, clearly, and in accordance with the latest state of the art. Control elements reduced to a minimum, a backlit LC display, and a six-digit operating hours counter ensure optimum user-friendliness. The plug-in relays are easily replaceable. The factory-programmed vacuum monitoring system ensures the safe operation of an upstream water softener.
Functionality
- Easiest handling
- Backlit alphanumeric LC display
- Controls reduced to a minimum
- Additional, freely usable digital input; a vacuum monitoring system for the water softener is preprogrammed at the factory.
- Dual operating hours counter up to 999,999 hours
- Cable fault compensation for conductivity measuring probe
- Compatibility with many older control systems
- Control LEDs for visual monitoring of the input states of the connected control elements and sensors
- Additional pump protection through dual pump status monitoring
- Manual or automatic temperature compensation
- Conductivity measurement (0-200 µS/cm) with upper and lower limit monitoring with time delay
- Self-diagnosis in case of malfunction via internal control LEDs
- Pluggable circuit boards for easy replacement
- Integrated thermal protection switch to protect the pump
- High-quality plastic housing with transparent cover that can be attached on both sides
- Standard plug-in fuses
- Fully automatic pressure equalization delay to protect the system and modules
- Comprehensive maintenance program to facilitate on-site system inspection
- Functional check of the system even when the storage tank is full
- Rinse programs for concentrate displacement, interval rinsing, and quality rinsing
- Checking the rinsing result by storing the last conductivity measurement value on the display
- Water temperature monitoring 1 - 99°C (optional)
- Connection option for pressure sensor (accessory) as input pressure monitoring
