Usage
The plastic filter housings of the AT series are designed to accommodate standard filter elements that are open on both sides, as well as special inserts for a wide variety of filtration tasks. The housings are made of high-quality polypropylene and are characterized in particular by their high chemical resistance to many acids, alkalis, alcohols, and oils. The robust design allows the housings in this series to be used in almost all technical applications. The inlet and outlet bores are located on the same axis, enabling easy IN-LINE installation. The upper parts of the housings have bores for mounting a fixing bracket.
Functionality
The medium to be filtered is fed through the inlet connection to the outside of the vertically installed filter element. The water passes through the filter element, flows upward in the center of the filter element, and leaves the filter housing at the outlet connection.
