- Microprocessor controlled
Usage
The microprocessor-controlled conductivity monitoring device of the LFA20 series was specially developed for monitoring a wide variety of water qualities. It combines conductivity, temperature, and flow measurement systems in a single device. In combination with a solenoid valve, which can also be connected to the device, and the extensive monitoring programs, the LFA20 represents an automatically operating quality management system for partially or fully desalinated water. Two freely definable inputs enable the processing of external stop or acceptance signals or can be stored with freely definable display messages. The devices measure the conductivity intelligently, i.e., only during ongoing sampling, in order to prevent limit values from being exceeded due to the counterion effect on the LF sensor. If the device is equipped with a temperature sensor, the conductivity can be automatically compensated in accordance with DIN EN 27888. Manual compensation is also possible.
When used with flow sensors, the LFA20 is ideal for monitoring and controlling the capacity of full or partial desalination cartridges.
