Usage
The CWF1-SXN series of single-cabinet water softeners are used to soften drinking water or well water to drinking water quality.
The systems are used wherever an uninterrupted supply of soft water is not required.

Functionality
The amount of soft water extracted is recorded by a turbine meter and transmitted to the control system. Once the capacity of the filter tank in operation has been exhausted, the control system automatically initiates regeneration of the exhausted filter tank. The control valve controls both the water flow through the tank during operation and the regeneration phases:
- Backwashing
- Salting/slow washing
- Rinsing
- Refilling the salt solution tank
During regeneration, hard water is supplied to the consumers.
